Selling SHRIMPS! On My Catering Truck

A quick question, with your experience, how well do you think a shrimp truck would fare?

I am planning the site in a shopping mall and would have 3 shrimp items in the menu.

It would be a messy affair, coz u'd have to eat it with your hands. but again.

How well do u think it will fare?

Hi Rio,

This is a very interesting question and I think that you have answered your own question, in that it's really messy.

Not to say that it would'nt sell but i'm not sure simply have shrimps on the menu will be enough.Prehaps also combine some other food combinations.

Another good way to find out it to survey the people in that area and ask them, giving them 3 other options to choose from.

This will give you a pretty good idea if this is a good food choice.
