Catering Trailer Set Up Time For 2 Separate Business Locations

Hi David many thanks for your prompt reply again.

How long does it take to set up a trailer in the morning ready to trade.

The reason im asking is we are thinking of having two different pitches a day. In the am we would like to park very close to our local train station where there is a 300 space park and ride. We want to catch the commuters first thing and sell fresh coffee and toast.

At 9pm the car park will be full and then we would like to move on to another pitch for the rest of the day.

We were wondering if we would lose a lot of time by setting everything up then having to pack all up and then start again at another pitch. Do you think it is feasible to do this?

Many thanks again for all your help and advice.

Managing 2 Mobile Catering Locations

Hi Daniel,

This is possible but could be a involve some planning. The main thing is to secure everything inside the trailer so it does not get thrown all over the place when you move to your next location.

You will have to throw out most of the hot water from your tea earn so it does not spill all over the place. I can?t see this being a big problem especially if you?re just selling tea, coffee and toast.

Let us know how it all goes, best of luck

David
