Setting Up a Small Catering Van Business

Would like to set up a catering van on an a road in Yorkshire,however this road runs through National Trust land. Do we need permission from them or can we approach the Highways Agency.

I would contact the National trust as they are the likely land owners and will be able to tell you if they would permit such a business on their land If they don?t own the land try the highway agencies or failing the local council who should be able to help you out.
