Setting up a Small Catering Kiosk on a Council Run Park

Hi there,

I was wondering if you know where I can get permission to set a small catering kiosk, on a council owned park. Is it possible to do?

Or do you know of any other situations where it’s been refused?

Hello,

You will need to approach the park warden and local council to see if this is likely. It?s defiantly possible to do as I have seen many catering kiosk in local parks and they seem to be doing good business, especially during the summer months.

Find the right location and then go ahead and make your enquires.
