Public Liability Insurance For Mobile Catering Business

Hi I am very close to starting my business - I am made redundant 16/12 and am looking to purchase trailer and start trading early Jan. We have a pitch sorted and we are now just waiting for our redundancy payment to come through. So excited to start!!!

Please could you tell me if total liability insurance can be paid monthly or if it is a one off payment.
