Each council has it?s own requirement for trading

Hello,

The best way for you to start is to contact your local council and ask them what you need to get started. Each council has it?s own requirement for trading and the law, and if you need a licence they will be able to tell you.

If you want to also cater for events you will need to contact the event organiser who will charge you to cater for the event.

Don?t forget that you will also need to get you food and hygiene certificate to trade legally.

Also consider getting yourself a copy of the events guide which list hundreds of events and contact numbers.

Here is the website for you to take a look at www.eventsbook.co.uk

Best of luck

Regards
David
