Hi Alyson,

This will depend and vary from Council to Council the best thing to do is to call and ask. When you do call simply ask to speak with someone from the Environmental Health.

Find out if they issue a street traders licence or an equivalent. Unfortunately this is something that I am unable to give you an sufficient answer on.
