As an owner of a road side café which food and hygiene certificate do I need?
I also need the certificate to be cost effective as I have limited funds.

Virtual College is the one I recommend people take to get started in their mobile catering business. It?s a course that you can take online so it doesn?t matter where you live.

Of course if you prefer the standard class room setting then there should be plenty of locally run courses in a collage near you. Or better still ring you local council who should also be able to tell you.

Prices will vary from £30-£50 depending where you go.
