Want To Sell Chinese Food on Catering Trailer

by wong
(west yorkshire)

Hi David
Just first time look at your website, and love it. Full of useful info!!!

My idea is to stay away from typical food type, like burger and hotdog etc. want to surprise people with a Chinese food.

Here my question....

What kind of dish will you expect from that?
Thanks for your website.

Good work!!!
Wong

Sell Chinese Food From Catering Trailer
by: David

Hello Wong,

Good to hear from you, and glad you are finding the site useful.

I hear what you’re saying… in that you want to offer something different, this is good. But, just make sure that you find the right location for your business.

I don’t know if this will do well on an Industrial estate but would probably do fabulous on a busy town centre, or music festival pitch.

As for what kinds of dish you should serve, this is entirely up to you. Why not visit a few other similar catering trailers that sell Chinese and see what kind of foods they offer on their menu.

While you are there, see what kind of prices they are charging and from there you will start to build up a picture in your head of what is possible.

This will give you a starting point and something to work towards.

Best of luck Wong!

Regards
David
