Wanna Start a Health Food Organic Catering Trailer Business

I wanna open a van, but not a burger van. Thinking more like a health food, organic, coffee type place. I have found 2 great sites in a real affluent area. Problem is, I don't know how to do it.

One is on the High Street, so assume I have to contact local council. Do you reckon there is a waiting list of 5,000 years for a high street spot? Other one is outside train station, who do I ask about that one?

Hello,

Start with the basics and that?s making contact. See if these sites are available it may well be that you are the only one to make contact. Begin with the local council and then the private landlord (if there is one) to see if there is a possibility of renting a space for your business.

The train station sounds good and I see a few located near or on the station. For this you would have to contact someone at TFL and see if they can point you in the right direction. Do make a start a see if you can set this up- please keep us updated
