The last comment from David was correct, be wary as everyone who sells something will want you to buy from them, and the business is very competative, the website burgerbars.co.uk will help with questions you have and always buy quality as you will need regulars, hope this helps

The first place to start is to get your food and hygiene certificate (find a course near you).Next find a pitch to trade from and then get yourself a trailer either hire or buy.

Finally you will need liability insurance, stock, gas and then you should be good to go.

Obviously there is a lot more to it that this, but this will give you an idea of what is involved. It might be a good idea to speak to a few mobile snack bars owners near you to get a better idea.

It?s going to be a lot of hard work, but it?s the same principle when you start any other types of business.
