Trading On Private Land With Mobile Catering Van
by: David

The short answer is no, you must seek permission from the landowner if you really want to have a long term business. If you are willing you can always take the chance and hope that no one will hassle you while you are trading.

However you do risk the chance of being asked to leave because you didn’t get permission to trade in the first place.

I know people this has happened to (including myself)which is a real shame because you worked really hard to establish the business, have regular customers and make a good income.

Only to lose it all which in the long run is really not worth the hassle.
