hi, I need a lpg gas safe certificate and I am having trouble with my 3 month old parry gwb6p water boiler, which nobody seems to want anything to do with. it does not light by the ignition switch, you push in the ignition switch and light it with a taper, but soon as you let go of the switch it goes out, I get different feed back of people. we had the same problem on a identical boiler that was a year old, but because it is fitted to a mobile van, parrys warranty does not cover. the thermocouple seems to be wrongly aligned is the main feed back. hope someone can help as causing a lot of stress, regards, paul
