Mobile Catering on Pub Pitch

have a pub on a very busy road with a3 planning, so i can serve hot food to takeaway. Would the a3 planning permission allow me to put a catering trailer in the car park or would I need to apply for planning in its own right, cheers matt

Hi Matt,

You stand a very good chance of setting up in your pub car park, but please just find out exactly before you begin as I really don’t know the legalities of this.

Find out from your local council to make sure and before you buy anything. A3 planning does cover food and drink, so I can’t imagine it would be a huge problem
