High Catering Van Insurance Quote - Help!

Hi there, I am trying to get an insurance quote for a catering van, and they are comming back with figures of over £2000. Do you know of anyone that could offer a cheaper quote??? Thank you.

hi, I am in the process of setting up my catering trailer business and I have had a few quotes on the insurance side. I have put down £5000 for trailer and fittings, had public, product and employer liabilities too and these are what I have had back.
BG insurance was £360, Moving food was £339 and mobilers was just over £400.

the first two policies have an excess of £250 while the last is £500.

Iv not picked one yet but will probably go with moving food which was recommended by mobcater!

Hi I am in the same position being quoted £1800 for a van I bought for £6k inc equipment, seems very high.,,that was with NCASS with my 15% discount !
