I am just about to start my mobile catering business and have bought my first stock. One thing keeps niggling me do you make hamburgers or beef burgers.I’ve bought 100% beef burgers from wholesalers but have I got the wrong thing?

Also do I need to scrub and wash my griddle after every use?

Hamburger of Beef Burger - Same Thing?
by: David

It more or less the same thing, hamburger supposedly get?s it name form Hamburg Germany and nothing to do with having ham in the actual burger. So the stock you have purchased to start you mobile catering business is fine.

Don?t forget to do a tasting to make sure it tastes great, as the quality varies from each supplier.
With regards to the griddle, you should give it a quick clean after each use and then a more thorough clean at the end of each day.

Best of luck and let us know how you got on.
Regards
David
