Coffee Machine Options


Hi There

I am starting up a mobile catering trailer selling hot drinks and home made baked products. It is likely I will be the only person serving in the trailer at any given time.

I was wondering if you could advise me on the type of coffee machine I should purchase. Should I go for a large commercial barista style machine (which would be time consuming to operate but perhaps produce a better standard of coffee) or should I go for a more automatic push button style machine.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
