Coffee and Food Trailer

Hi David, so glad I stumbled across your site- so much info! Thanks :)

My partner and I are fitting out a retro 1950s caravan, with intentions to sell both good quality coffee, and breakfast foods such as bacon and egg rolls and omlette's etc. We are both very creative with food, and I am extremely passionate about coffee.

My question is- do you think it is realistic we could do both as well as each other, or would you recommend we focus solely on one or the other?

Hi Joanna,

I really think that the types of food you’ve mentioned will complement each other and so should fit nicely with your offerings. People really love their coffee and as long as you can create great tasting coffee and keep it consistent along with the other foods on the menu

I don’t see why it wouldn’t be a great success.
Just try to source quality suppliers and make sure to taste test everything before you place it on the menu. Once you have a great tasting menu (and the right location) customers will come be happy to tell others.
