Can I Sell Hot Food and Ice Cream in the Same Catering Van

Hi, my girlfriend and I have recently bought a catering van and want to sell hot potatoes with hot and cold fillings; also we want to serve ice creams and milkshakes. Can you tell me if this is ok in the same catering van please?

Hi Phil,

As long as you can get all the equipment into the catering van it’s really not a problem. I use to have an oven in my catering trailer and bake fresh baguettes daily, which went down a treat. Also every Friday I used to sell hot doughnuts sprinkled with sugar which was also very popular.

So it’s really up to you.
