Can I Manage Without A Freezer for My Mobile Catering Business.

I am just starting up my own business and am getting a little confused with stuff.

My catering van only has a fridge but how will I manage without a freezer. My van is going to be parked up where I am selling from, and will not have an electric hook up only my generator when I’m at the site. Can you help me? Thanks.
