3 Chefs with Weekend Use of Catering Trailer

I and 2 other chef friends have the use of a fully equipped catering trailer at weekends only and we fancy doing something. Obviously as there are 3 of us we need to make a good amount of takings for it to be worthwhile do you have any suggestions? We are very experienced so any type of catering is not a problem.

Hi Gary,

The best place for someone of you experiences would be a busy weekend pitch, car boot sales, and summer festivals and events.

I would start approaching event organisers now to book for next year and I think that you have a great marketing theme, “The 3 Chefs” and I’m sure between you all, you could put together a great menu. Consider also JV’s (joint ventures) with other established businesses to see if you can provide corporate, wedding, birthday food services.

Give it ago and see where you end up.
