Needing the Loo! Mobile Catering Food Business

Hi

I have sought out a pitch on a medium sized industrial estate and am now taking my hygiene certificates etc. to start trading from a trailer selling bacon sandwiches, breakfasts, lunches etc.

One thing is really worrying me though- if I arrive at my pitch at 6:30 am and intend staying there until approx 2:30 what do I do about needing the loo??!!

Are there portable units that you can buy and take with you?

Hi Sue,

The best solution that I can give to your problem is to ask a local business on the industrial estate if you can use their loo.

Obviously for this kind gesture you will be willing to give the manager only- half price or some money off the food of their choice.

This is something which I have done in the past and has worked great for me, as you also get orders from other workers from the same business.
