I 'm Running a Burger Van Trailer Business

by Peter

Hi,
I am running a burger/bacon trailer business. Sometimes I get orders for maybe ten/twenty rolls at a time ordered for an hour’s time.

I keep so many hot using a Bain Marie and also a thermal box they are also wrapped in foil.My problem is that when they get to the customer they are still hot / warm but do not look so pretty. Is there better packaging out there?

Or are small polystyrene boxes as good if not better than foil thanks

Peter

Hot Food Containers
by: David

Hi Peter,

Good to hear from you!

Take a look at the JJ foods website and select products. They seem to have some polystyrene containers that may be of help to you. You may also want to consider popping into your nearest Makro or Booker who should also have a selection for you to choose from.

Look online as well to secure the best price – which will help keep cost down.

Best of luck
