I Don't Want To Be Tied Down To a Shop

It was wonderful to find a site that told me exactly what had to be done by experience. Your story was great and gave me the courage to continue.

My Situation here has a great need for food service, And i have the financial backing to get it started. People who have tasted my cooking always have told me i should open a shop..

As You I don't want to be tied down with Shop,and overhead, So this would be perfect. There is two other catering trucks here already, The Port Bolivar Peninsula was hit hard by Hurricane Ike, Hot food is hard to come by.

Is it OK To Just step In Knowing it will Hurt their Business Tremendously?

I Don't want to start off in a territory Battle, But I can Get the land owner to let me Trade from his property.Thank Again for Your story. Its has helped me so Much.
