Site Permission For Catering Trailer

Hi I have had permission off a friend to put my catering trailer outside their unit on a trading estate but they rent the land and their building. So do I need permission off the owner as well?

Catering Trailer Permission
by: David

Hi Julie,

Yes! I would ask the landlord permission as well, as it would seem your friend is sub letting to you, which may not be permitted on their contract.

Just make sure before your dedicate your time and money into growing and establishing the business. You don’t want to do this to then find out that you are not allowed to trade outside the unit.

David
