Can anyone give some advice on how to keep frozen meats like bugers frozen whilst on the road? And for example at a 4 day event

Transporting Frozen Meat or Stock
by: David

Hello Luke,

Well, normally when you set out on the road your frozen stock is normally in the freezer which should be fine until you reach your destination.

Then it's just a matter of turning on your electric or LPG fridge when you arrive.

As for a four-day event you should make sure that you have a good supply of LPG and plug into the mains which the event organiser should provide.

If it is an event where you have to supply the power itself, just make sure you take enough resources with you. It is will also be a good idea to find out this in advance so you can plan this out a little better.

Hope this helps,
David
