Front Facing Griddle Or Back Facing Griddle For A Catering Trailer

Hi great read and advice thanks, looking for my first trailer now.Seems to be a lot of trailers out there with a griddle positioned at the back
or end of trailer.

Would you recommend this style. Does limit the trailers for sale if looking for front facing griddle.Should i continue to look just for
this style.

Regards Andy

Front Facing Griddle Is Best
by:

Hi Andy, glad to hear my story has helped you, with regards to the griddle position I personally find it better where the griddle is at the front facing your customers, near the hatch opening.

This helps keep an eye ON YOUR CUSTOMERS, and helps you acknowledge new customers. There is nothing worse than standing with your back to someone while your cooking... hope this helps you decide.

Regards
David
